Here we have some photo’s that I took at Doncaster’s Classic VW Festival in Hatfield.
A fantastically well organised event and we really had a good time.
I enjoyed this show as you could also walk into the village due to it being a proper campsite. Many VW Festivals are held at a venue or in a field when you are in a little VW World for the weekend. This festival had the advantages of the VW World but also the feeling of going away camping for the weekend, coming and going as you please.
In my photo’s I have tried to show people not only the exterior but also show you some of the interiors of these amazing vehicles.
I would recommend this as a family friendly VW event, you could even use the water facilities that are situated on the site. I did see a few people out on rowing boats.
We also had a lovely meal at one of the pubs in the village and it was very well priced, so I took a photo of the pub to recommend it to you all 🙂
We are really busy this year with weddings and this may be the only festival we can attend, if I do get to anymore I will be sure to post pictures in one of my blogs.

My friend had one of these…..goes as fast as the money you need to keep it going. (in my friends case) 2 petrol tanks and they were both empty 🙂
